Mariah Carey Salutes Sailors Who Made Awesome “Christmas” Cover (VIDEO)

British sailors aboard the HMS Ocean just got a huge shoutout from Mariah Carey.

The sailors were supposed to be at sea for seven weeks, but because of the unrest in Libya, they were actually deployed for seven and a half months.

During that time, among other things, 15 of the men became fathers.

When the sailors heard they were finally returning home in time for the holidays, they created this awesome video (below) to the tune of Carey’s “All I Want for Christmas is You.”

It caught the singer’s attention, and she tweeted, “This is the best thing I’ve ever seen, you guys just made my day! Happy Happy Christmas!!! x0x0 to the troops.”
