According to Us Weekly, Cody Simpson and Kylie Jenner “have really fallen for each other.”
“They’re totally a couple,” claims a so-called “source” for Us Weekly.
The magazine’s source explains that the 14-year-olds “first met” at The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1 premiere on November 14 and “have been inseparable ever since,” including a “mall date” at the Grove in Los Angeles on November 27.
Um, Cody Simpson begs to differ.
“No, we’re not dating,” he tells The Insider.
He explains, “She’s a good friend of mine and a good friend of my sister.”
“It’s funny, because every time I’m seen in public with a girl… people love to automatically assume that there’s something there, [but] she’s just a close friend of mine,” says Simpson.
Unfortunately, “automatically assuming” is one of the tabloids’ preferred tactics.
