For the second time in a couple months, the singer got pulled over by a police officer yesterday. In October, it was for actually cutting off a cop. This time, it was for making an illegal left turn. He didn't get a ticket on either occasion.

Bieber is also rumored to have crashed his vehicle while street racing.

We applaud the PSA Justin made that encourages folks to NOT text while driving... but come on, man. Practice better road etiquette. Or just hire a chauffeur.

Controversial radio shock jock Howard Stern will be the new judge on TV talent show America's Got Talent, NBC said Thursday. The show will move production from Los Angeles to New York so that Stern will be able to continue hosting his daily radio program for SiriusXM.

It's a done deal.

On Thursday, NBC confirmed the weeks-old rumors by formally welcoming the controversial shock jock to the judging panel of America's Got Talent.

The satellite radio heavyweight reached a rumored $20 million-a-year deal with The Peacock Network after series producers agreed to move production from Los Angeles to New York City to accommodate the Big Apple-based Stern.

Simon Cowell's Talent, hosted by Nick Cannon, is a summer hit for NBC. The show typical averages 14 million weekly viewers. Stern, 57, will replace departing talk show host Piers Morgan on the panel when the talent show returns for a seventh season in the summer of 2012.

Morgan, AGT's lone series-long staple, left the show after last season. He's instead decided to turn his focus to his CNN interview program, Piers Morgan Tonight, which launched on the cable news network last winter.

"Howard Stern's larger-than-life personality will bring a thrilling new dynamic to America's Got Talent starting this summer," said Paul Telegdy, NBC's President of Alternative and Late Night Programming.

"He's a proven innovator and his track record in broadcasting is truly remarkable. Howard is very passionate about this show and is fully committed to its future success."

In November, sources close to the deal tittle tattled that a New York move could be problematic for the show's Los Angeles crew and production staff, who will now have to move across the country if they hope to hang on to their jobs.

Judges Howie Mandel and Sharon Osbourne are also said to be on the fence about packing up their L.A. roots for several months of production in NYC.

"Moving it to New York would mean over 100 people losing their jobs if they don't move with the show. And inconvenience for Howie and Sharon, who wants to spend more time with her husband, Ozzy..." a New York Post insider squealed.

Stern is known for his sexually explicit interviews and raunchy sense of humor. His satirical comments on religion, race and other hot button topics have made him an on-air mainstay since the '70s. In 2005, he took his long-running syndicated show from terrestrial radio to satellite in a multimillion-dollar deal with SiriusXM.

He'll juggle his new AGT duties with his satellite show.

As Week 2 of the Robert Pattinson-Sarah Roemer non-story unfolds, the tabloids are taking some interesting (read: desperate) approaches.

While OK! magazine claims a post-”canoodle” Pattinson is pleading with Kristen Stewart and buying her a diamond ring, In Touch says Stewart is out for “revenge.”

“Even though they’re so close that they’re planning to get married, Kristen and Rob’s relationship has always been super-dramatic and fueled by jealousy,” explains the tabloid, oblivious to the fact that it and similar outlets are the sources of this “drama” and “jealousy.”

According to In Touch, Stewart spoke with Pattinson about his night out with Roemer and then called singer Marcus Foster, whom a so-called “friend” claims she’s been “leaning on a lot lately.”

This “friend” adds, “Rob doesn’t like how close Kristen is with Marcus,” who has provided songs for the Twilight soundtrack.

But Stewart “likes having someone to make Rob jealous and to remind him that other guys find her attractive,” claims the In Touch source.

Of course, the magazine doesn’t actually say anything is going on between Stewart and Foster, because that would require things like details and corroboration and facts, none of which would let In Touch slap together a story called “Kristen’s Revenge.”

Instead, we get empty speculation about Stewart allegedly “chatting up” Foster to give Pattinson “a taste of his own medicine.”

As Gossip Cop‘s sources again tell us, there’s absolutely no truth to this supposed fallout between Stewart and Pattinson after he and Roemer and other people went out earlier this month.

Soon, Roemer and Foster’s names will be replaced by the new tabloid rumors du jour, and the magazines will pretend like they never printed this nonsense in the first place.

Courtney Love is facing a possible eviction from her New York home.

The owner of the townhouse where Love has been living (for $27,000 per month) wants the rocker out because Love allegedly set the home on fire, owes back rent, and ruined the interiors of the custom-designed residence.

According to the owner, Donna Lyon, Love disregarded the rental agreement by painting parts of the landmark townhouse and papering over ”glazed hand-brushed walls” without prior consent.

Lyon also says Love owes $54,000 in back rent.

But that’s not all.

Last June, Love had a fire in the fourth floor bedroom of the historic home, with the curtains going up in flames and causing quite a bit of damage.

Now Lyon wants Love out and the townhouse repaired, which she estimates will cost $100,000 and could take up to three months.

A court date has been set for December 12.

Steve Jobs might have been the Most Fascinating Person of 2011, according to Barbara Walters on her ABC special last night, but the Kardashians were most definitely the subject of this journalist's most fascinating interview.

At one point, Walters aired a video that gave a bit of background on Kim and her family, focusing for awhile on the 2007 sex tape she starred in with Ray J. A long while. We counted. For some reason, the network aired 24 seconds worth of footage from this tape.

Asked if she regretted the video, Kim gave her usual, cliched, mannequin-like answer about how she's made many "mistakes" in her life, only for Kris Jenner to of course jump in and say her daughter has learned from them.

To Walters' credit, though, she came right out and told the gals they didn't really have any talent, which prompted Khloe to actually admit this, and for Kim to offer up this gem:

I think it's more of a challenge for you to go on a reality show, and get people to fall in love with you for being you.

Hear that, singers, actors and athletes? It's more challenging for the Kardashians to read scripts and do a number of takes for their "reality" show than it is for you to perform a concert, star in a movie or hit a baseball 400 feet.

The awards season is upon us and with the WGA, PGA and SAG award nominees announced, it was time to focus on the Golden Globes Thursday morning. Keep reading to see which TV comedies and their actors woke up to a nomination.

When you sit down to watch TV after a long day of dramatics in your personal life, it's nice to unwind with the hilarity of Johnny Galecki from The Big Bang Theory or perhaps some Glee.

What's the best way to celebrate the people and shows that make us laugh? Give them a Golden Globe nomination.

The 69th annual Golden Globe nominations were announced Thursday morning in Beverly Hills by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.

The Best Actor in a TV Comedy category includes Alec Baldwin , David Duchovny , Johnny Galecki , Thomas Jane and Matt LeBlanc .

To see Alec Baldwin and Thomas Jane in the thick of things is no surprise, but we were thrown off by not seeing  Jim Parsons of The Big Bang Theory nominated with his pal Johnny Galecki.

Parsons' character, Sheldon, and the actor himself, have been a driving force for the show. Congrats to Galecki, however, he deserves the nod.

In the Best Actress in a TV Comedy category, Laura Dern , Zooey Deschanel , Tina Fey , Laura Linney  and Amy Poehler will go head-to-head. 

Does anyone else see a name on the list that is unexpected? Zooey Deschanel's new show just hit Fox and already the quirky girl is nabbing nods! We definitely want to hear your thoughts on that when you're done checking out the Best Comedy Series category. 

The amazing shows that give us the giggles that are up for a Golden Globe this year are: Enlightened, Episodes, Glee, Modern Family and New Girl.

It's not big news that Glee and Modern Family made the cut, but again, we're not sure how we feel about New Girl.

Chicken enchiladas are a delicious meal, but they can get pretty messy. Why not skip the mess and make a casserole instead? It's just as easy and just as delicious.

I've mentioned on more than one occasion what a big fan I am of Mexican food. It doesn't matter if it's quesadillas, tacos or carnitas; if it comes in a tortilla, I'm in. And since I'm such a big fan, I especially love making Mexican food at home. But the same old tacos and quesadillas, while quick and easy, can get stale pretty quickly, so I'm always on the lookout for new and interesting twists on the classic Mexican dishes I love so much. This casserole from Cooking Light is one such twist I just couldn't pass up.

See, it had everything I loved about enchiladas: the corn tortillas, the salsa, the chicken, the corn and of course the cilantro. But instead of wrapping all of those ingredients up in a tortilla, you layer them in a casserole dish. In the end it looks just like a lasagna, but instead of pasta, you use tortillas. So, if you love enchiladas as much as I do, this is a casserole you absolutely must try. You won't be disappointed.

Chicken enchilada casserole

Serves 4

Ingredients:

• 4 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned
• 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 cup frozen corn kernels
• 1/3 cup cream cheese
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin
• 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
• 1 onion, chopped, divided
• 6 garlic cloves, minced and divided
• 1 cup chicken stock
• 2/3 cup salsa verde
• 9 corn tortillas
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Heat a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Coat the skillet with cooking spray and sauté the chicken for four minutes on each side. Place the skillet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until done. Keep the oven on at 425 degrees F while removing the chicken from the pan and let cool for 15 minutes. Remove the meat from the bones and shred. Discard the bones. Place the shredded meat in a large bowl with one tablespoon of cilantro, the corn, cream cheese, cumin, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
3. Return the pan to medium-high heat. Add 1/2 cup onion and sauté for five minutes, stirring occasionally. Add three garlic cloves and sauté for another minute. Add the onion mixture to the chicken mixture and stir to combine.
4. Combine the remaining onion, remaining garlic cloves, broth and salsa in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat and let stand for 15 minutes. Pour the salsa mixture into a blender, add two tablespoons of cilantro and process until smooth.
5. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add two tortillas and cook for two minutes per side. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining tortillas. Cut the tortillas into quarters and set aside.
6. Spread a 1/2 cup of the salsa mixture in a glass or ceramic 9-inch pie plate coated with cooking spray. Arrange 12 tortilla quarters over the salsa mixture. Spoon half the chicken mixture over the tortillas. Repeat the layers, ending with the tortillas. Sprinkle evenly with cheddar cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned. Top with the remaining cilantro and serve.

Sandra Bullock may finally get revenge on her cheating ex-husband Jesse James, reports Star magazine, which claims the actress is considering slapping him with a $20 million defamation lawsuit.

Although Bullock has taken the high road since her ex publicly humiliated her almost two years ago, supposed “insiders” for the mag say that James’ latest snipe, wherein he referred to Bullock as “some Hollywood actress,” may have pushed her “too far.”

According to an attorney, Bullock “has every legal right to initiate a defamation lawsuit against her ex-husband if she believes that any of the public statements he’s made about her have been defamatory.”

Among the other statements Star deems defamatory include James declaring that Kat Von D was “’100 percent’ more fun in bed than Sandra,” saying that the year when he destroyed his marriage to Bullock was “the best year of my life,” and writing in his memoir that being married to her left him feeling “empty inside.”

The mag then consults another lawyer, who adds, “If Jesse keeps revealing personal information about Sandra, she could also stop him by suing for an invasion of privacy.”

“To prove invasion of privacy, Sandra need only prove that Jesse is disclosing intimate details of her private life,” explains the attorney.

OK, so basically Star presents an argument that Bullock could maybe possibly sue James.

But the real question, and the only one that really matters is, does she actually have any plans to do so?

The answer is a flat-out NO.

A source extremely close to the actress tells Gossip Cop the lawsuit story is “completely false.”

Perhaps Star should spend a little less time exploring legal theory and a bit more time actually reporting on celebrities.

Cereal wreath treats

This festive variation of a Rice Krispies treat is as easy as it is pretty. The best part is there is no baking required so you can whip up a batch any time you need a quick treat or if someone unexpected stops by.

Yields 18

Ingredients:

• 1/3 cup margarine or butter
• 4-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 teaspoon green food coloring
• 6 cups corn flakes cereal
• Red candies, sprinkles, frosting or any other festive embellishments

Directions:

1. Melt margarine in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Stir in food coloring.
2. Add cereal. Stir carefully until well coated.
3. Spray your hands with cooking spray to avoid a sticky mess and be careful as the mixture will be warm. Quickly shape into individual wreaths.
4. Decorate with sprinkles or candies while the mixture is still warm. If it cools, use a dot of frosting to get candy to stick.
5. Store in a single layer in airtight container.

Sugar cookie wreaths

If an actual cookie is more your style, a basic sugar cookie recipe will give you endless options for creating a variety of wreaths. Decorate cookies with green frosting, fondant leaves, green coconut or simply green sprinkles. Try this SheKnows recipe.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon soda
• 1-1/4 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• Green frosting, coconut, sprinkles or other embellishments

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Grease the cookie sheets.
2. Sift together the flour and soda.
3. Cream together the sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy. Mix in the vanilla and flour. Beat until well combined. Chill.
4. To make wreaths, roll dough into balls and then roll each ball in between your hands to make a long, rounded strip. Form a circle; it will look a bit like a doughnut. You can also use a cookie cutter to get a wreath-like shape.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

• 1/4 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions:

1. Combine sugar, pumpkin, milk and spices in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce it to a gentle simmer.
2. Cook until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add the walnuts, butter and vanilla. Beat until the mixture is creamy. Pour into a buttered baking dish and chill for a couple hours until set. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Butter pecan fudge

A little nutty and a lot rich, you’ll really enjoy a batch of butter pecan fudge. It’s like taking a delightful bite out of a treat from the past!

Yields about 24 pieces

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Directions:

1. In a saucepan, mix together the butter, sugar, brown sugar, whipping cream and salt, and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
2. Allow the mixture to boil for about five minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and powdered sugar and mix well.
3. Fold in the pecans. Pour mixture into a waxed paper-lined 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
4. Refrigerate until the fudge becomes firm; then cut into 1-inch squares.

Eggnog fudge

This recipe uses prepared eggnog from the store to help make fudge-making matters even easier. This is a true holiday treat that is rich and memorable.

Yields about 24 pieces

Ingredients:

• Non-stick cooking spray
• 1 cup prepared eggnog
• 3 cups white sugar
• 1-1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/8 cup butter, chilled
• 1/2 package white chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped almonds

Directions:

1. Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with aluminum foil and set aside. Spray the bottom and sides with cooking spray while heating prepared eggnog and sugar over medium heat. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring consistently with a wooden spoon. Boil for about two minutes.
2. Fold in the marshmallows, cinnamon and nutmeg. Return to a boil for about five to six minutes, stirring constantly.
3. As the mixture boils, it will become brown. Remove from the heat and quickly stir in the butter, white chocolate chips and almonds. Stir well until mixed and glossy.
4. Quickly pour the mixture into a prepared pan. Cool at room temperature before removing from the pan and cutting into 1-inch squares.

Marbled fudge

The best of both worlds! Marbled fudge combines chocolate with marshmallow for a fluffy, rich, double-delicious treat.

Yields about 20 pieces

Ingredients:

• 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 4 tablespoons butter, divided
• 1 can sweetened condensed milk
• 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• Dash salt
• 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows

Directions:

1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil and set it aside. In a heavy saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate chips and two tablespoons butter with the condensed milk, vanilla and salt.
2. Remove from the heat and stir in the nuts. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
3. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the marshmallows with the remaining two tablespoons of butter. Spoon over fudge. With a knife or spatula, swirl it through the fudge.
4. Refrigerate for about two hours or until firm. Remove from pan and peel off the foil. Cut into 1-inch squares.

Ah, the holidays… time to enjoy the season’s sweets and treats. The goodness of fudge comes but once a year , and since the time is here, you should make it worth your while!

According to reports, she and Jeremy Calvert are very serious.

In fact, he and Leah Messer "talk about getting engaged."

"We have a really good connection," the 19-year-old reality star gushes to Us. "It's different from Corey and my relationship, because we were kinda like forcing it."

With Jeremy, she says, the chemistry and connection are stronger, since "you really know when you're supposed to be with somebody and you're not."

Leah Messer and Corey Simms, who are parents to 2-year-old twins Aliannah and Aleeah, wed in October 2010, then filed for divorce six months later.

They work together to raise Aliannah and Aleeah, but the implosion of their union was clearly hard on her. Here's hoping she's happier this time around.

May want to put the brakes on another engagement, though, girl. The Teen Mom crew doesn't exactly have a good track record. Slow and steady. Breathe.

Demi Moore says that despite what fans say, the last thing on her mind right now is changing her Twitter handle.

Think Demi Moore should change her Twitter handle from @MrsKutcher now that she and Ashton Kutcher are divorcing? Frankly, she doesn't give a crap what you think.

Moore says she has bigger fish to fry than what she names herself on Twitter, and she'll thank you to shut up about it.

Responding to criticism that she should change her name if she doesn't intend to be the legal @MrsKutcher anymore, the actress wrote, "Changing my twitter name isn't a top priority right now. sorry it bothers so many of u. should I not tweet until I do? does it really matter?"

What could possible take priority in Moore's life over Twitter? First there's that small matter of the couple's $290 million that still needs to be divided. This should be old hat to Moore, who reportedly received a $90 million payout when she and Bruce Willis split.

Then she has to deal with that pesky one-night stand of Kutcher's. Sara Leal is still talking about their liaison to tabloids, months after the fact.

Let's not forget the slap in the face it must have been to see Kutcher flirting up a storm with Lea Michele at the premiere of New Year's Eve, complete with the Glee star unabashedly asking the technically still-married Kutcher on a date.

Last but not least, there is Chelsea Handler ripping Moore and Kutcher for having an open marriage -- a juicy tidbit for sure, but one that has never been confirmed by the couple.

So yeah, Twitter is probably the last thing on her mind. But when she is ready to make the change, we have 10 new Twitter names Demi Moore can consider!

Has Jason Lee lost weight? The newly slimmed-down actor has opened up about his lifestyle change -- and his lifelong love for Alvin and the Chipmunks.

Jason Lee is looking slim, trim and a whole lot less 'Earl' these days. The change, a 35-pound weight loss, came about for a number of reasons. The former My Name is Earl actor revealed why he decided to change his habits at a recent interview promoting his latest film Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked.

Jason Lee, who reprises his role as Dave Seville for the third time in Alvin and the Chipmunks: Chipwrecked, had a great time playing Earl Hickey on television -- but doesn't want to look like his mustachioed, love-handled character forever.

"I gave up a lot of things and started exercising," the 41-year-old explained of his weight loss. "I used to smoke cigarettes and we all like our wine and beer and things like that. I gave all that up and I just got on a very strict diet and started exercising, cycling and running, I dropped about 35 pounds."

The father of 8-year-old son Pilot Inspektor and 3-year-old daughter Casper, who has recently appeared on NBC's sitcom Up All Night, continued, "I'm 41 now and I have kids and I want to keep working.  And I like being able to be fit enough to be diverse as an actor. The 'Earl' thing was great.  It totally worked being a little frumpy and mustache-y.  But, I think it makes things like Up All Night a little bit more realistic if I'm not the sort of portlier Earl… And yes, it feels great. It really feels great to have a good, clean diet."

As for his personal history with Alvin and Chipmunks, long before Jason Lee first screamed "Alvinnnnn!" as Dave Seville he was saving up his allowance to rock out.

The actor, who says he used to watch the cartoon series on Saturday morning television, shared, "I'd buy their records as a kid, too. I remember buying Chipmunk Punk. That had Blondie on it. And what else did it have on it?  It had, randomly, 'M-M-My Sharona, duh, duh, duh, uh-uh.' I remember saving up and buying that."

Lindsay Lohan appeared before Judge Stephanie Sautner on Wednesday in Los Angeles, and for the first time the actress received a good probation report.

The judge told her, “You’re doing well, and I’d like to see it continue.”

Lohan was even told if she finished her monthly requirements quicker, she’d be off the hook earlier and could travel for pleasure.

Judge Sautner carefully outlined Lohan’s community service and therapy obligations back in November.

Kim Kardashian may have said she was donating her wedding gifts to charity in the wake of her divorce, but according to In Touch, she simply traded in the presents in exchange for some “nice loot.”

The mag alleges Kardashian “cashed in some of her presents at a Hollywood luxury boutique — and bought her family Rolexes with the proceeds!”

Wow.

Supposed “insiders” for the tabloid claim this may have been the reality star’s plan all along, noting, “Kim had never had the gifts delivered. The store was still waiting for her to give them an address.”

So, the week after Kardashian filed for divorce, “She went in to the store and told them she didn’t want the stuff after all,” says one so-called “source,” adding, “She had them just give her store credit for everything.”

Kardashian allegedly “bought a slew of luxe watches” with the credit, including a “pave diamond and shell dial Rolex for sister Kourtney.”

“Her brother, Rob, brother-in-law, Lamar Odom, sister Khloe and mother, Kris, have also been spotted rocking conspicuously high-end watches as well in recent weeks,” evidences In Touch.

So, did she also buy baby Mason his first Rolex with her wedding guests’ cash? And did Bruce get some new stud earrings?

No.

Kardashian donated the money from her wedding gifts to the Dream Foundation, as she promised to do from the beginning.

An impeccable family source tells Gossip Cop the story is “ridiculous and not true.”
